..in the thick of it
love, loss, and everything in between...
Such is life, right? Well... somewhere between longing for more and figuring out what that actually meant, I started writing these songs.
About love and how that changes things. Words I never quite got out. Wanting to get closer but wondering if it’s safe to let myself.
Underneath all of it, there’s a lot of love.. and learning what that actually looks like. A little awkwardness. Things I wish had gone differently and the search for truth beyond myself.
I’m still in the middle of the story of course...but the songs...
well, that’s how I make sense of it.
